Patrick believes that success starts with defining and communicating clear business goals. Organizations without a vision, mission, and a strategic plan lack identity in their targeted marketplace, have difficulty making strategic decisions related to its products and services, struggle with motivating staff to move in a common direction, and are challenged to implement decisions made by the executive team.
With a focus on developing organization capacity, Patrick brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of challenges facing many organizations and the approaches they have used to grow beyond these challenges. His capabilities can be used to help management teams establish an enabling environment where individuals are motivated to achieve their personal and organization objectives.
