The D. Parr System begins by applying specific interview techniques with your steering committee. This committee is
comprised of your company's executives, managers and employees as chosen by your organization. Further information is gathered through additional interviews with selected employees knowledgeable in the focus areas. These additional
interviews can be completed on-line in two hours or less.

Information and findings collected from the interviews are not traceable to the individual. This allows open and honest participation without fear of reprisal.
